GSR Wine Storage Room, Downey, CA

A unique and distinguished design-build project. A private wine collector contracted SCS Construction Services to build a private wine storage. The room is equipped with cooling unit to keep the wine at the proper temperature.  SCS designed the room in conjunction with the owner's requests and cooling unit specifications.  The room is approximately 170 cubic feet and holds an impressive 608 bottles of wine..

Bo's Cigar Lounge, Long Beach, CA

Bo's Cigar Lounge was vacating leased space and hired SCS Construction Services to bring the space back to original move in condition as per the lease agreement.

Bo's Cigar Lounge, Long Beach, CA

Bo's Cigar Lounge suffered severe rain/water damage due to a deck leak above Bo's Unit.
